The Volkswagen app serves as a digital companion for Volkswagen vehicle owners. It provides access to various mobile online services, regardless of the model or drive type, and whether you have a VW Connect, We Connect, or Car-Net contract.

With the Volkswagen app, users can conveniently access a range of features. For example, users can check their vehicle's current range, pre-set preferred temperature settings, locate filling stations and charging stations, and more.

Here are just a few highlights of the services offered:

 <li>Easily send your destination to your vehicle before traveling</li>
 <li>View the last parking position</li>
 <li>Save your preferred authorized workshop or contact Volkswagen AG directly</li>
 <li>Access Vehicle Health Reports</li>
 <li>Check remaining range and current charge level, even when not in the vehicle</li>
</ul>

Note that the availability of functions may vary depending on factors such as vehicle configuration, contract type (VW Connect, VW Connect Plus, We Connect, or We Connect Plus), software version, and market. Certain functions may become available for your vehicle at a later date.

This service provides real-time information on charging station availability, along with additional details such as operator information and charging capacity. Users can manage charging plans and cards, view charging history, and even connect and control their home charger.

The Volkswagen app replaces both the former We Connect ID. app and the We Connect app, consolidating their functions into one comprehensive platform.

Download the Volkswagen app and updates at no cost by using the provided button. Please ensure that you perform available updates to access the full range of functions.

To utilize the mobile online services, you need a Volkswagen ID user account and must log in to the Volkswagen app using your username and password. Additionally, a separate contract for the use of mobile online services is required. This can be arranged online at www.myvolkswagen.net or through the Volkswagen app. More information is available at connect.volkswagen.com and your local Volkswagen dealership.

ID.3 Pro: Electricity consumption in kWh/100 km: combined 16.5-15.2; CO2 emissions in g/km: combined 0. Consumption and emissions data is only available for vehicles according to WLTP standards, not NEDC standards. Consumption and CO₂ emissions may vary depending on selected vehicle equipment.

Keep in mind that the actual electrical range may vary in real-world usage due to factors such as driving style, speed, use of convenience/auxiliary equipment, outside temperature, number of passengers/additional load, topography, battery age, and wear process.
